Under the visionary guidance of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, and with the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in collaboration with the Camel Racing Association, has launched the inaugural Al Ain Camel Racing Festival.
Set to run from July 4 to October 9, 2025, this captivating festival will unfold at the historic Al Rawda Camel Racetrack in the Al Ain region. It will feature three preliminary rounds and culminate in a grand final in early October, with a whopping 605 camel races across various age categories—including numerous trophy competitions and generous prizes.
His Highness Sheikh Hazza emphasized that this festival is part of ongoing efforts to preserve the UAE’s heritage, reinforce the significance of camel racing as a cultural legacy, and solidify its place as a cornerstone of national identity.
